Elizabeth is a Professional Psychologist and has been working in the corporate sector for 25 years in the capacity of cross-cultural trainer, executive coach, and business consultant. Her strengths lie in working on issues of individual and organizational growth, including global leadership development, social impact strategy, systems thinking, and positive psychology. Elizabeth designed and researched an Executive Presence coaching model. The 4-step process, STOP – OBSERVE – ALIGN – ALLOW, is used to guide individuals and teams to build more effective and sustainable leadership skills, while reaching their goals for success.

Katrina Rahn has 18 years of experience in the non-profit and government sectors. Her strengths come from her experience in academic library management, staff development, collaboration, client relationship development, problem solving, design thinking, and bringing creativity to business. She values the power of technology and innovative solutions in balance with team development, creativity, and momentum. Her personal mission is to provide service to others in many forms and develop solutions in a way that is creative, human-centered, and effective.

Kim Cermak has spent over 20 years in the cross-cultural and diversity & inclusion field, developing markets and providing intercultural coaching, consulting and mindfulness training to individuals, teams and organizations. She has worked at the executive level at both profit and nonprofit organizations and has extensive experience helping organizations understand the vital link between respect and performance. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cameroon Football Development Program.
