Kim Cermak
Kim Cermak has spent over 20 years in the cross-cultural and diversity & inclusion field, developing markets and providing intercultural coaching, consulting and mindfulness training to individuals, teams and organizations. She has worked at the executive level at both profit and nonprofit organizations and has extensive experience helping organizations understand the vital link between respect and performance.
She served as Chief Administrative Officer for Nonviolent Peaceforce, an organization committed to promoting and developing unarmed civilian peacekeeping in areas of violent conflict around the world. She was the National Sales Director for Window on the World/FGI in the US, where she worked closely with global corporations to design cross-cultural solutions and trauma support for their international workforces.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cameroon Football Development Program, a nonprofit dedicated to leveraging soccer as a sustainable platform for promoting health and social development among West African youth and the Delaware Valley Relocation Council. Kim has a Master of Liberal Studies: Focus on the Impact of Religion on Cultural Values from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
She has lived in France and Luxembourg and has traveled extensively. She speaks English and is proficient in French.
