Presence Coaching™: Training for Coaches
The ICF distinguishes Presence as a qualitative core competency for professional coaches. The Presence Coaching™ Training Program is designed to support the cultivation of Presence in the lives and work of professional coaches. During the Program coaches will learn and apply the 4-step process STOP – OBSERVE – ALIGN – ALLOW and then practice coaching clients using the same methodology under supervision. Designed for professional coaches, this program introduces a methodology designed to enhance one’s quality of Presence, or present-moment awareness, attention, and availability.
